Focus Services offers the ability for approved users to access the internal Focus Services network via a secured VPN tunnel. The process for requesting this type of access requires the following steps be followed.
- VPN User Account must be requested by someone other than the individual who requires the VPN access. This is typically a direct or upper level manager. Approval from a Director level employee or above is required for access.
- The following information will need to be submitted in your request.
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Focus Location Assigned
- Campaign (If Applicable)
- Position
- Director Who Issued Approval
- Send the collected information to the following email address. RemoteAccess@focusservices.com
- If any of the above information is not completed, the request will be returned incomplete until the information is submitted.
- The Focus Services Network team typically completes requests within 2 business days of receipt of all data.
- When employee access is no longer needed for any reason a request to remove the VPN access should be submitted to the same email as listed above.
- VPN user accounts have have not been utilized within a 14 day window will be removed unless approval has been extended.
